Kaif Khan has been cooking and creating for as long as she can remember. To express her creativity, she ran a successful blog for a few years called Quirk Kitchen, before diving full time into culinary school. She graduated from the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Schoolcraft College in 2017. Kaif is professionally trained in French pastries, and international as well as European bread baking. Currently she is building her independent chocolate and pastry business under the banner of Maison de L’Amour.
